4. Garment Care & Limitation of Liability

While we exercise the highest level of professional care, J & J Colonial Dry Cleaners Inc. is not responsible for:

  • Items left unclaimed for more than 30 days

  • Damage due to inherent fabric weaknesses

  • Manufacturer defects

  • Color loss due to improper labeling

  • Items left in pockets

  • Missing or fragile embellishments not disclosed at drop-off

In accordance with Georgia business liability standards, any claim for damage must be made within 48 hours of pickup. Liability, if established, shall not exceed the fair market value of the garment at the time of service.

5. Pickup & Delivery Services

Pickup and delivery services are offered within designated service areas in Georgia and may require minimum order amounts.

Customers are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate contact information

  • Securing garments at pickup location

  • Ensuring safe access for drivers

We are not liable for loss or damage due to unsafe or unsecured pickup locations.
